USPS Proposes 2024 Price Increase for Mailing

The USPS submitted plans for another price increase to take effect January 21, 2024. The Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) has not given formal approval of the proposed increase yet, but there are no signs it will be rejected. That means we should begin preparing now for the change. If approved, the new rates would raise mailing service product prices approximately 2 percent and would include the following changes:

For those of you who like to dig a little deeper, you can compare the current rates with the proposed rates. It’s important to note, however, that if you’re using the current rates link after the effective date, the prices will be replaced with the new rates.
