Citizens Bank of Swainsboro

Challenge: 

Swainsboro, Georgia-based Citizens Bank of Swainsboro ($217 million in assets) experienced a period of increased expansion in the southern Georgia region, which resulted in the addition of new bank branches. Now, with a larger presence and a stronger demand for printing and processing of statements, the bank saw the need to hire a third-party vendor to streamline the production of these documents and create a more cost-efficient practice. 

“Growth is always a good thing for a bank to experience, but growth also presents new challenges for a bank to conquer,” said Carneage Young, Vice President of Information Technology – Citizens Bank of Swainsboro. “One of the challenges we faced centered on our statement printing and processing workflow. The workflow worked well with the previous volume of statements we needed to process, but again, with our recent growth, this practice needed to change.”

Solution: 

Citizens Bank of Swainsboro conducted a search for the best vendor to handle its statement printing and processing, and selected HC3 for the job with a full conversion occurring January 2018.
