The role of your Client Experience Manager is to champion your vision of success as if it were our own. Our desire is to develop deep relationships, understanding your strategic goals and initiatives, challenges and needs, helping you optimize the services you use, and identifying ways that HC3 can make your life easier. To do this, we will facilitate regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) – conversations that will form the basis for an annual roadmap for the coming year, known as your Client Experience Plan.

Mary Virginia Gardner
Director of Client Experience
As part of the Experience Team, Mary Virginia (“MV”) is responsible for understanding our clients’ goals while helping them optimize their services and ensuring their satisfaction with HC3. MV brings over 20 years of key account management, direct marketing, and financial services acquisition experience to HC3, having served in the banking and insurance industries. Prior to joining the company in 2021, MV served as Senior Procurement Analyst with a national insurance services company, leading acquisition integration strategy and software audit communications.

Lakyn Gaddy
Senior Client Experience Manager
As part of the Client Experience team, Lakyn Gaddy is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with HC3 clients. Lakyn brings over 13 years of client and account management experience in the financial industry to HC3. Prior to joining the company, Lakyn served as VP of Client Services at Banc Statements, Inc., where she had the primary responsibility of managing client accounts and assisting in growth and development of staff, as well as the overall company.

Anna Lowe
Client Experience Manager
Anna Lowe joins the Client Experience team at HC3 with over fourteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Serving in client management roles for the last six years, she has experience not only as a client liaison, but also with executing data-driven, multi-channel direct marketing campaigns and print solutions for banks and credit unions. Prior to joining HC3, Anna worked as a Client Manager at both Harland Clarke and Main Street, Inc.
