HC3’s Lee Long Named Birmingham Business Journal C-Suite Award Honoree

Lee Long, Chief Experience Officer at HC3, has been named one of Birmingham Business Journal’s 2024 C-Suite Award Honorees. These awards recognize excellence among chief-level leaders in metro Birmingham. 

Honorees were chosen from a field of nominations based on their contributions to their company, the company’s track record of performance, the leaders’ role in their industry, and the significant impact on the community. Lee Long's leadership at HC3 has not only brought success to the company but has also positively influenced the Birmingham community, making us all proud.  

As HC3’s Chief Experience Officer, Lee is an influential member of the executive leadership team and a testament to the power of perseverance and growth. Her strategic guidance, based on decades of experience, is a result of her continuous learning and adaptation. Lee's journey with HC3 began in 2020, after the acquisition of Birmingham-based Banc Statements, Inc. Her instrumental role in the acquisition's success, navigating a challenging process with enthusiasm and foresight, is a testament to her leadership. Today, Lee leads all departments affecting client and employee experience, a role she has grown into with her dedication and commitment.

Lee was recognized at the Birmingham Business Journal C-Suite Awards ceremony on June 13th at The Harbert Center in Birmingham, along with the other honorees.
